HR Assistant - Full Time

 

Working 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Update and maintain the SAGE HR Module covering core human resource functions.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure the HR Department runs smoothly day to day. 
  • Ensure all employees staff queries are dealt with efficiently and diligently.
  • Update & assist Health & Safety within the business.
  • Assist with formulating policies, procedures and changes as well as communicating all updates to employees.
  • Assist with ISO9001 2015 Quality Management System & Environmental Policy ensuring the standards are being consistently achieved and are meeting customer and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist with Sage 50 Payroll monthly - covering employee pay, payslips, pensions, statutory pay, tax calculations, HMRC submissions and more.
  • Support the Quality Dept when necessary, ensuring all products meet quality standards. Training to be given later.


Applicants will be required to demonstrate the following:

  • Competent in Human Resources.
  • Trustworthy.
  • Have good communication skills.
  • Able to handle confidential information and address employee concerns.
  • Has a good understanding of technology and can pick up new software easily.

Sales Advisor - temporary


Vavancies from July to October 2024.


Working 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday. Weekend rotas will apply.

The candidate should have excellent attention to detail and a good telephone manner.


The general responsibilities are:

  • Answer customer enquiries by phone or email.
  • Processing phone and website orders by phone, email, post or in person.
  • Take sample requests either by email or phone.
  • Update customer records when enquiries are received and ensure that all customer details are accurately filled in.
  • Carry out any other general office duties.

Print Operator - temporary

 

Vacancies from July to December 2024.

Working 37.5 hours per week – weekend and shift patterns will apply from August.

We need someone who has a good eye for detail, self-motivated, who can work independently but also work well with others. The job entails:

  • Loading print machines with customer’s artwork.
  • Checking carefully, it’s correct for colour, size, text, and quality before moving onto the next process.

Pressing Operator - temporary

 

Vacancies from May to December 2024.

Working 37.5 hours per week – weekend and shift patterns will apply from August.

This is an opportunity for someone to join a small team of Heat Press Operators applying print media to garments.

Applicants will be required to demonstrate the following:-

  • Apply print media to garments as per the pressing instructions.
  • Attention to detail is key to this role.
  • Liaise with the Heat Press Supervisor regarding orders that need to be pressed to meet the production cycle deadlines.

This is an opportunity for someone to join a small team of embroidery machine operators creating embroidered artwork.

Applicants will be required to demonstrate the following:-


  • Requires excellent attention to detail and high-quality standards.
  • Enthusiastic and willing to learn.
  • Technical attitude for working with machines and on computers.
  • Efficient running of the machines to maximise production.

Warehouse Operator - temporary

This is an opportunity for someone to join a small team in the Warehouse.

The key requirements are to pick sales orders, stock replenishment, assist with deliveries and all other Warehouse duties.

This is an opportunity for someone to join a small team in the Despatch Area.

The key requirements are, to check customers’ orders visually and manually before they are despatched, ensuring that all the goods are up to the specified standard.

Any issues should be raised and rectified by communication and understanding other departments.

Despatch Operator

 

 


Website Administrator - temporary

 

Vacancy from May to October 2024.

Working 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday 9am - 5:30pm.

This is an opportunity for someone to join a small digital marketing & website team.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Creating & updating online services platforms including club shops, SignOnline & CLUB+.
  • Assisting with website administration using a CMS platform
  • Answering customer enquiries by phone & email
  • Other administration tasks as necessary

  • Literate in the use of basic office software tools.
  • Good communications skills
  • Great attention to detail
  • Work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
